Manufacturing Defects

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or manufacturing under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or surface marks
• Accidental damage
• Broken crystals caused by impact
• Water or chemical damage
• Tarnishing resulting from improper care
• Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs
• Lost components due to negligence

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our quality team.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
