Currency

Please note the following regarding currency and international payments:

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • International orders may be charged in your local currency depending on your payment provider.
  • Any currency conversion charges, bank fees, customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment verification; or
  • In the case of eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, after order confirmation by our team.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders and locations within India.

To reduce fraudulent and unaccepted COD orders, eligible COD orders require a non-refundable advance payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is payable to the courier partner upon delivery.

If a COD order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Devadi Fashion reserves the right to limit or decline COD services for certain products, order values, locations, or customers.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products require an advance payment before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.

Please verify your payment details or contact your bank before attempting the payment again.

Payment Security

Your payment security is our priority.

Devadi Fashion does not store or have access to your credit card, debit card, banking, or payment credentials.

All transactions are securely processed by authorised payment partners using industry-standard encryption.

Pricing

Please note the following regarding pricing:

  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period.
  • Taxes, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

International Orders

We proudly ship to selected international destinations.

Please Note

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Orders delayed by customs are beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Devadi Fashion follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, it cannot be refunded.

Where eligible under our Return & Exchange Policy, we may offer a replacement or size exchange, but refunds will not be issued.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain secure transactions, Devadi Fashion reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or place any order on hold if suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity is detected.
