At Devadi Fashion, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. As many of our designs are delicate crystal creations, we kindly request that you review the following policy before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Record an Unboxing Video

Record a continuous package opening video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened until the product is fully visible.

Step 2: Contact Customer Support

Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • The package opening video

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Important Notice

Unfortunately, claims submitted without an unedited package opening video or after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Resolution

Once your request has been verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.

Ring & Bracelet Size Exchange

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.

Eligibility

Ring and bracelet sizes may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Requirements

To initiate a size exchange:

  • Contact our customer support team within the 7-day exchange period.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must be accompanied by all original tags and accessories.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping charges unless the incorrect size was sent by Devadi Fashion.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Devadi Fashion are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Order cancellations

  • Returns for change of mind

  • Returns due to incorrect product selections

  • Returns due to sizing issues

Where applicable under this policy, eligible items will be exchanged rather than refunded.
